Winter weather in the Columbia Gorge can be unpredictable, rapidly changing, and hazardous. It was during such conditions that Conway implemented many logistical techniques in widening numerous spots along an eighty mile stretch of Interstate 84. We simultaneously replaced cast-in-place concrete guardrails on multiple bridges. Work was performed under live traffic and completed on time.
